Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the TactAnchor website and services. By accessing or using TactAnchor, you agree to these Terms. If you are using TactAnchor on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

The service

TactAnchor provides software that helps small businesses handle customer communication, including AI-assisted responses, appointment-related messaging, service updates, and customer support workflows. Features available to you depend on your plan, configuration, and account status.

Accounts and acceptable use

  • Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
  • Use the service only for lawful business communication consistent with applicable messaging, privacy, and consumer-protection laws.
  • Do not use TactAnchor to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited marketing/spam SMS content.
  • Obtain and honor required customer consent before sending SMS, and respect STOP / HELP / START and similar opt-out requests.

SMS messaging

SMS features are intended for conversational and customer-care use cases such as customer inquiries, appointment scheduling and confirmations, service updates, and customer support. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. Customer content and responsibility

You retain responsibility for the content, instructions, knowledge-base materials, and messaging you configure or cause to be sent through TactAnchor. You represent that you have the rights and consents needed to use that content and to contact the people you message.

Third-party services

The service may integrate with third-party providers (for example telephony/SMS carriers and authentication providers). Your use of those providers may also be subject to their terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. TactAnchor does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that AI-generated responses will be accurate in every case. You remain responsible for supervising automation settings that are appropriate for your business.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TactAnchor and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk/harm, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
